Return Policy
Kenz Box is dedicated to customer satisfaction and sincerely wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund minus shipping costs.
Because of increased precautions due to COVID-19, a $10 cleaning and restocking fee will apply to any returned item bought on or after April 1, 2020 for any order over $100, or $5 for any order under $100.
You can return items for up to 3 days from the date you receive it.
Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. The customer must pay all shipping costs incurred by the seller, which varies based on destination and weight.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
