Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please email us at kenz.box@yahoo.com within 3 days of receiving your item to request a return.

Returns and Refunds:

  • You have up to 3 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Restocking fees apply to orders made on or after April 1, 2020:
    • $10 for orders over $100 (per order)
    • $5 for orders under $100 (per order)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds:

 In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, such as when:

  • An item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • An item is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Sale Items: Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy: For defective or damaged devices, we offer a 90-day free replacement policy. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at kenz.box@yahoo.com to initiate an exchange. We will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth experience.

Shipping:

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.
  • The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
